1. This organization reserves the right to rescind or deny membership due to fraudulent application, or found not to be in good standings with this organization. All military claims are subject to verification.
2. Each member understands and agrees that this is a national voluntary membership organization that is solely operated and ran by membership participation only.
3. Each member understands and agrees that they are fully responsible for furnishing their own Airsoft equipment, supplies, and all required event field and registration fees. This includes all and any travel and lodging expenses.
4. Each member understands and agrees that this organization holds no liability for its members personal property or personal injuries and no member shall bring any legal claim towards this organization or its membership for any reason.
5. Each member has read, understands and agrees to comply with all safety rules, Code of Conduct and standards of this organization.
6. Any unsafe or discredited conduct towards this organization and or membership will not be tolerated and can result in the termination of membership.
7. Each member understands and agrees that this is a national organization, and this organization will do its best to assign its members to the closest team to their needs and each member has the right to transfer upon request. 
8. Each applicaint has read Our Standards & Team Role pages before submitting applications.
9. Must meet Section A. Part III. requirements or amended. For ODA Team Membership. GFT Membership is open to all Airsofters 16 and over regardless of expirence.
